Plan Details

Presenting a drama script based on the life glimpses of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose (1897 – 1945). Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, a prominent and influential leader in the Indian independence movement against British rule, embarked on a remarkable journey from his early education to shaping the destiny of a nation. Expelled from Presidency College for nationalist fervour, Bose, inspired by Gandhiji, became the President of the Indian National Congress, later diverged due to ideological differences, forming the Forward Bloc.

The drama unfolds in various scenes detailing his early life, highlighting his non-cooperation activities and emergence in Congress, portraying the Forward Bloc's formation, covering the steps taken in the formation of the Indian National Army (INA) (Azad Hind Fauj) during WWII and his vision for a free India.  Bose's famous slogan during that time was "Give me blood, and I shall give you freedom!" He aimed to use military means to drive the British out of India.

Students can draw life lessons from Bose's resilience, bravery, visionary leadership, and the pursuit of unconventional paths for a noble cause. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose is remembered as a charismatic and courageous leader. His legacy continues to inspire generations of Indians.

This is a multipurpose drama script. The script can be used for performance by students on the following days/ events:

2. Death Anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose – 18 August
3. Special Assembly on the great prominent and influential leader – Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose
4. As a part of any cultural activity.
5. As a part of any club activity of the school
6. As part of an annual day plan where the topic ‘Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’ fits in the theme.
7. Any classroom group activity based on the related theme to teach collaboration and communication skills to students. 
8. As a part of any skill or value-based workshop.
9. Any other related academic or non-academic activity.

The drama can be performed in a hall, the school ground, a classroom or the auditorium, wherever it is suitable.

This plan can be used by schools in any country. The schools can conduct it for a grade / few grades/ all the grades from Class 1 to 12. 

The plan consists of drama script only (soft copy). It does not contain any songs for dances, backdrop images, costume recommendations or any other such related documents.
