holistic learning

Plan Details

In 1986, the Government of India designated 28 February as the National Science Day of India. On this day, the Indian physicist Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman announced the discovery of the 'Raman Effect' for which he was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1930.

On 10th November, World Science Day for Peace and Development is celebrated to highlight the significant role of science and the need to engage people in scientific issues.

Both these days serve as a reminder of the pivotal role science plays in shaping our understanding of the world. In schools, science activities for students are essential in fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for exploration. These activities encourage students to ask questions, make observations, and draw conclusions, such skills are crucial for both academic success and real-world problem-solving.
