Activity Plan for World Chocolate Day (7 July)

Plan Details

Duration: 30 to 40 minute each – Grade wise classroom activity/ competition from Nursery to 12th    

(Please Note –It is recommended to conduct this activity in the first period. The school can either conduct it like a competition or just like a special activity for the day. A short brief about World Chocolate Day (7 July) to be given in the assembly is also provided in the manual.)  

World Chocolate Day is celebrated annually on July 7.  This is a day to indulge in your favorite chocolate, whether it is chocolate cake, hot chocolate, a chocolate candy bar, chocolate ice cream, brownies or something covered in chocolate.   

Presenting a special activity/ competition plan for this occasion, to relish chocolates. The class wise activities (30 to 40 minutes each) are as follows: 

1) Nur to UKG – My Chocolate Cookie (A painting and poem recitation activity)

2) Class 1 and 2 – Be like a chocolate, act like one ! (Solo enactments)

3) Class 3 to 5 – The Chocolate Tale (A unique story writing activity)

4) Class 6 to 8 – Chocolicious (A creative designing activity)

5) Class 9 and 10 – Chocolate at its best! (A creative designing activity)

6) Class 11 and 12 – The Chocolaty Way (A group role play activity)   

The plan consists of detailed activity manual along with all the required resources like worksheets, handouts etc. The plan is available in soft copy (only).
