'Yoga with Stories Course - Fun, Focus and Fitness in One!' is a joyful blend of movement, imagination and learning. This unique course introduces students to yoga through captivating animal-themed stories. As students listen to exciting tales, they simultaneously perform related yoga poses, creating an active, immersive experience that is both fun and educational.

How is 'Yoga with Stories Course' useful?
The activities are designed to help students manage stress, improve their concentration and connect mind and body through breathing and movement. By linking stories with yoga poses, students naturally stay engaged and absorb the benefits of yoga without even realising it.

Course Content:
🌟 Each 30-minute session combines warm-ups, story-based yoga poses (with Hindi and English names), physical exercises, breathing exercises and relaxation/ cool-down activities.
🌟 Each session features a unique animal story. Each story is carefully made to incorporate age-appropriate yoga poses.

📅 Duration: 3 months
📌 Frequency: 2 activities per week. So, 8 activities per month.
⏳ Each Activity: 30 minutes
📂 Total Activities: 24 (Soft copy format)
